Aswang in Capiz?

Capiz are known as the sea foods capital of the Philippines, but that is not the end as Capiz identity there is a one thing besides that fame... Well, many people say, that Capiz is the place of Aswang. As I remember, year 2006 Roxas City, Capiz celebrated the Aswang Festival... During that occasion, I saw many costumes and masks that horrible and scary.

Therefore, I cant imagine myself to see that costumes and masks with in real thing in the world. Because, in my age now I haven't saw a real Aswang here in Capiz... but i believe Aswang is only a story...
